Payment Terms

Tuition fees is an annual fee that may be paid in 12 monthly instalments, except for Form 5, which is payable over 11 monthly instalments. Parents who wish to settle the annual fee before 7 January of each year, will receive a settlement discount of 5% per annum.

Monthly instalments are due on or before the 7th of each month, commencing 7 January of each year. The final instalment in December is however due on 1 December of the said year. Debit orders are run on the 1st day of every month.

10% Sibling discount applicable from 2nd child onwards. Please refer to the Payment Policy for further information.

Examination Fees

Ashton International College follows both the IEB and Cambridge Curricula, where external examinations are written at various stages.

The above fees are approximate figures only. Cost for Cambridge exams could vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Additional Charges

The school fees include:

Consumables – R950,00 for 2019

Occupational and Speech Therapy in the Junior College

Fees are R720pm for Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy

(Charged individually per Therapy)

Aftercare “The Kidz Lodge�?

“The Kidz Lodge�? have established a routine within the facility which we believe addresses the specific and unique needs of our students and parents. Our aim is to create a “home away from home�? atmosphere where children can relax and play within a safe and friendly environment. Aftercare is available for all students from Grade 000 – Grade 3, payable over ten (10) months – February to November. Registration is on an annual basis.
