1.Annual fees are payable on or before the first day of the school year.

2.Termly fees are payable on or before the first day of each of the three terms.

Beaulieu College Fees 2023-2024

A once off, non-refundable Development Levy for entry during 2019 to each of the three Kyalami Schools (Beaulieu Preparatory, Kyalami Preparatory and Beaulieu College) is payable as follows:

Grade 000	∙	R20 000 is due by the earlier of 31 March 2019 or 14 days after the invoice date
		when enrolment takes place after 31 March 2019.
	∙	R 9 000 is due by the earlier of 31 March 2023 or 14 days after the invoice date
		when enrolment takes place after 31 March 2019.

Grade 00 & 0	R29		000 is due by the earlier of 31 March 2019 or 14 days after the invoice date
Grade 00 & 0	when enrolment takes place after 31 March 2019.

Grades 1-7	R29		000 is due 14 days after the invoice date.
Grade 8 – 10	R29		000 is due within 14 days after the invoice date.

**Note: Pupils may not commence at either of the schools unless the Non Refundable Development Levy has been paid in full.

Once the non-refundable Development Levy is paid at any entry level at Kyalami Preparatory or Beaulieu Preparatory Schools, no further Development Levies or deposits of whatever kind, is payable when the pupil transfers to Beaulieu College for Grade 8 unless there is a directive from the Board of Directors. School tuition fees are inclusive of:

Kyalami Preparatory and Beaulieu Preparatory Schools: Textbooks, stationery, photographs, school magazine, day trips and performances, study skills programme, transport to and from school functions, eye and ear screening for Grade 0 and new pupils

Beaulieu College: Textbooks, School Annual Magazine, Subject Stationery and Subject Outings.

Enrolments effective 1 January 2023

		1 October – 30 November 2018:
		The following tranche payments are due to secure the place in
		grade 000 2023:
			∙ 1st tranche payment R 5 000.00 due by 30 November
			2018.
			∙ 2nd tranche payment R 5 000.00 due by 31 March 2019.
			∙ 3rd tranche payment to secure the place for Grade 00
			2021 R10 500 due by 31 March 2023.
			∙ 4th tranche payment to secure the place for Grade 0
			2022 R10 500 due by 31 March 2021.

Grade 000	R31 000	2nd round of places offered for grade 000 2023 during the
		period 1 December 2018 – 28 February 2019:
		The following tranche payments are due to secure the place in
		grade 000 2023:
			∙ 1st tranche payments R10 000 due by 31 March 2019.
			∙ 2nd tranche payment to secure the place for
			Grade 00 2021 R10 500 due by 31 March 2023.
			∙ 3rd tranche payment to secure the place for grade 0
			2022 R10 500 due by 31 March 2021.

		1 March 2019 – December 2019:
		The following tranche payments are due to secure the place in
		grade 000 2023:
			∙ 1st tranche payments R10 000.00 due at the time of a
			place being offered to secure the place for grade 000
			2023.
			∙ 2nd tranche payments to secure the place for Grade 00
			2021 R10 500 due by 31 March 2023.
			∙ 3rd tranche payment to secure the place for grade 0
			2022 R10 500 due by 31 March 2021.
Grade 00	R31 000	Payable in 2 tranche payments as follows:
		∙	R15 500 is due by 31 March 2019.
		∙	R15 500 is due by 31 March 2023.
Grade 0 – 7	R31 000	Full payment is due by the earlier of 31 March 2019 or
		immediately prior to the commencement of the pupil at the
		school.

Grade 8 – 10	R31 000	Full payment is due by the earlier of 30 April 2019
		May – December prior to the year of enrolment
		Development Levy is due 14 days after the initial date of the
		letter of offer up and till 31 October 2019. Thereafter the
		Development Levy becomes payable immediately to secure the
		place.
Grade 11	R21 000	Payable in 2 tranche payments.
		1st Tranche payment R10 500 is due at the time of an offer of a
		place.
		2nd Tranche payment R10 500 becomes due at the end of
		October of the year prior to entry into grade 12 to secure the
		place offered in Grade 12.
Grade 12	R10 500	Due at the time of enrolment.
