APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION
REQUIREMENTS
Please ensure that the Application Form is completed in full with the following documentation attached:
 A copy of the learner’s Birth Certificate.
 A copy of the Identity Document of both parents.
 The latest salary slips of both parents.
 If self-employed, Certificate of Registration, SARS Number and Statement of Income and Expenditure

(NOT bank statement) of previous year.

 A copy of the learner’s latest report.
 A copy of the learner’s Clinic Card (as proof of vaccination).
 A passport size photo (or any recent small photo) of the learner.
 A non-refundable disbursement fee of R250.00 per learner. Payment to be made electronically into the School’s
banking account (see details below) OR at your nearest First National Bank.

Please ensure that you make application to more than one school as there is a limit to the number of learners we are able to accommodate in the classrooms.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
 Application Form to be completed in full and handed in or posted back to the School (regret NO faxes or emails will be accepted).
 The Confidential Report must be submitted to the learner’s current School and faxed back to Wartburg Kirchdorf School on 086 5731205 by the current School, before an interview can be arranged.
 An interview date will not be set until the Application Form, all required documentation and Confidential Report has been received by the Admissions Secretary.
 The Admissions Secretary will contact the parent/s to schedule an interview which must be attended by the learner and the parent/s.
 Wartburg Kirchdorf School is a FEE PAYING SCHOOL and successful applicants will be required to pay a nonrefundable acceptance deposit of R2 000.00 which will be credited to the first month’s fees. Such payment will confirm the child’s admission into the School.

HOSTEL
 The Wartburg Kirchdorf Schülerheim is a privately run Boarding Establishment catering for boys and girls from Grades 6 to 12. Hostel fees are separate to School fees. Please contact the Hostel on 033–5031412 for application forms.
