ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP

The Mutual & Federal Learnership is a 12 months programme whereby students will gain insight into the short-term insurance sector. Academic training will take place in Cape Town, Gauteng and KZN.

Students will gain a years working experience at M&F, as well as a R4 500 monthly allowance, and once the programme is completed students will receive their NQF level 4 Certificate: short-term insurance

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • South African citizen
  • Living in Cape Town, Gauteng or KwaZulu Natal
  • Under 35 years old
  • Completed Matric
  • Completed a 3 year tertiary qualification (degree or diploma) with a minimum average of 50%
  • Not studying (or planning to study) during the course of the learnership programme
  • Not currently employed
  • Not partaking in any other learnership programmes
  • Clear credit record
  • Clear criminal record
  • Professional image
  • Good command of the English language – written and verbal
  • Have an official testimonial or recommendation from a learning institution or other reputable institution
  • Able to attend academic training with your own transport
  • *Disabled students are encouraged to apply
