Hospitality Studies is an exciting field of study and of the few directions where a learner can enter a profession from school. Our learners are very popular at various tertiary education institutions because of their good basic training.

Learners are involved in the learning process through activities directed directly at their field of experience. A wide range of activities that test various skills and provide for self-evaluation are included in each unit, namely: Chef – not just to make food, but also the finer art to offer it attractively. Restaurant service – includes Maitre d’hotel, waiter, bartender and bar assistant. We boast a lovely restaurant, La Doraigne, where parents can get away for a delicious meal and socializing during practical dining. A particularly high standard is maintained here.  Hoerskool Eldoraigne Subjects Offered
