LEARNER:
1. Assessment Test
a. To be written Monday through Friday between 08h00-12midday
b. Test Costs: R350 to be paid cash
c. Test is one hour
2. Current/Previous School
a. Latest school report
b. Latest School Fees Statement
c. Transfer letter (where applicable)
3. Documents
a. Birth certificate
b. I.D. / Passport (one of these is a must)
c. 2x Full Colour I.D. size photos.
d. Study permit for foreign students (where applicable)
PARENT(S) / GUARDIAN:
1. I.D. book (both parents)
2. Proof of residential address
3. Recent pay slip (both parents)
4. Three months bank statement (showing salary deposit) (both parents)
5. Medical Aid Card (copy of front and reverse)
